The comment system allows you to add comments to trail locations on Android, iOS, and on the Hiiker.app website. Add comments to trails you have hiked to help others, ask questions, give up to date information. Users may give information about a water cache or a resupply point. They might post a picture to show the current condition of a shelter. The Hiiker system also selects certain comments to be part of the “Top Comments” section on the apps and web.

For example, if there is a resupply point on the trail, you could give advice on the items available there, or opening hours. Its also a great place to ask a question if you aren’t sure.
